All clinical services are provided by qualified professionals in accordance with applicable Indian healthcare standards and regulations. 3. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking: Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation.
Attendance: Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in a shortened session. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if delays significantly affect other scheduled clients.
Cancellations and rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated cancellations at short notice may affect your appointment priority and, in some cases, attract a cancellation fee at the discretion of the centre.
No-shows: Appointments not attended without prior notice may be charged at the full session rate.
Emergency cancellations by Reach N Rise: In the event we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (therapist illness, facility issues, etc.), we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative appointment at no additional charge.
4. Fees & Payment
Session fees and assessment charges are communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change with advance notice. Fees are payable as follows:
Payment is due at or before the time of the appointment unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing
We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment methods as displayed at our centre
All fees include applicable taxes
Receipts and invoices are provided upon request and may be used for insurance reimbursement purposes
We do not process credit card payments online through this website. All financial transactions are handled in person or through secure bank transfer methods.
5. Consent & Parental Authorisation
All services provided to minors require the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian. By booking a service for a child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or have been explicitly authorised by the parent or legal guardian to consent to treatment on their behalf.
Consent forms will be provided prior to the commencement of assessment or therapy. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time; however, doing so may affect the continuity or effectiveness of your child's therapy programme.
We maintain clinical records in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You have the right to access and request corrections to your child's records.
